Alkuun: mä en halua nähdä yhtään afrikankukkaa varmaan vuoteen.
First: I don't want to see any african flowers for a year. Atleast. 

Mutta kyllä taistelu afrikankukkien kanssa kannatti. Kattokaa mitä mä tein!

Eilen koitti bulldoggien luovutuspäivä ja sitä varten pyöräiltiin naapurikuntaan. Nää meni lahjaksi kaverin vuoden vanhoille kaksosille (ne samat, jotka sai lonkerohatut ja sateenkaarijunasukat). Ja ainakin reaktioista päätellen oli great success, ainakin tyttöjen vanhemmat niistä tykkäsi. Tytötkin varmaan, kun vähän kasvavat.
Yesterday the little bulldogs moved to their new home and we rode bikes to the next town for that. They were a birthday present to my friends one-year-old twin girls (the ones that got tenticle hats and rainbow socks). It was a great success based on the reactions and the girls parents liked them. The girls will probably like them too, atleast when they are a little older. 

Huomioita. Ohje oli perusteellinen. Koira näytti vähän kummalta, kun naamarypyt ja korvat puuttui, mutta kun virkkasi loppuun asti, niin kyllä sieltä bulldoggi kuoriutui. Virkkuukoukun koolla on merkitystä. Ja kannattaa tarkkailla ohjetta, eikä sooloilla neliöitä ja kolmioita väärän muotoisiksi.
Notes. The pattern was very thorough. The dog looked a bit funny before the face skin fold and ears were attached, but after they were done a bulldog appeared. The size of the hook matters. And be aware of the pattern, it's not a good idea to crochet squares and triangles the wrong way. 

Ja on erittäin hyvä idea käskeä Mörkömies täyttämään nämä elukat.
And it's allways a good idea to order Mörkömies to stuff these critters.
